Today is the day for Lovers but let’s spread the love to everyone we meet today and everyday.

Here are a few ideas:

• Shovel your neighbor’s driveway.

• Take some cookies over to an elderly neighbor or to your coworkers.

• Have your kids write thank you notes to those in the military or kids in the nearest children’s hospital

• Smile at a stranger today.

• Pay someone a compliment.

• Volunteer or donate at your local soup kitchen/pantry/food bank/shelter.

• Keep mittens, snacks on hand to hand out to the homeless.

• Hold the door for someone.
