This month I am participating in a “self-care” challenge (more on this next week) where I post a selfie on my Instagram Stories every day for the month of July.

As one of the #TraciJulySelfie posts, I shared 5 Random Facts about Me and I thought I would also share them here as well.

• I was bon and raised in Jamaica but currently live in Philly burbs via NYC area and London.

• Three of my favorite foods are red wine, coffee and bacon.

• I’ve skydived and gone up in a hot air balloon. I want to skydive again - one of the best experiences I’ve had.

• My background spans law and real estate finance.

• I recently fell in love with Hot Yoga - the effect of the past 2 years of meditating I suspect.
