Two weeks ago I was honored to co-hosted Wellstruck's Lady Boss event focusing on pivoting and taking risks and in thinking about this topic leading up to the event, I realize how much we are constantly pivoting. Life is fluid, we are always changing careers, jobs, business focus etc. We are always evolving and this gets riskier the older and more established we get. We are sometimes forced to pivot or are dragged screaming along. :-)
