Meditation has been life giving for me and I owe a big part of my being able to slow down and learn to meditate to My Meditation Coach & their wonderful classes, back when they had a physical location called Sit Meditation.
Jason (featured here with his daughter), owner of My Meditation, still does group classes and retreats in around Lafayette Hill/ Conshohocken area and are worth attending if you want to develop a meditation practice.
