“Flowers - I feel peace walking through a park or garden filled with flowers. It makes me slow down and appreciate my surroundings. One of my favorite places to walk through on my daily walk is Linwood Park in Ardmore (follow @linwoodparkardmore to see some beautiful shots of their gardens)
A Great Meal - I love food! I don’t think beauty is always experienced with your eyes. A great meal is beauty you can taste. My husband's homemade pasta with his slow cooked bolognese is my favorite.
Honesty - Honesty is beautiful because we can all grow from it - even when it’s ugly
Collaboration - Working with other who are experts in their fields make for a more beautiful end result.
New landscapes - I love traveling, and nothing stands up to taking in a stunning landscape that I’ve never seen before. A few that stand out in my memory are Hoyt Bay in Cape Town, and driving from the South to the East Coast of Iceland.”
