Naked Abundance

so that I will not miss
the morning sun
I will gently brush my fingers so that I may touch

the dew tip grass

I will walk barefoot
so that I may find root
on the earth that cradles me

I will look up to the sky
so that I may show my face to the cosmos that holds me

I will uncover naked my body so that I may feel
every sensation of love

I will laugh out loud so that my joy will be unbridled in the world

I will open my heart
so that love will abound within and without

I will lay bare my soul so that the world will know me intimately”

Friday with Ari

Two Fridays ago I attempted video after several years and did a quick video of my daughter, Ari, playing that and put together this video that same evening. I was proud of the attempt and may try to do a 60 second video once per month.

Fall is Here ...

I did some early fall photos with Phil, one of my muses, last week as it has gotten cooler and the trees have started to change. I love fall but hate what comes after fall. But I am learning to stay in the moment and enjoy each season for what it brings.

I'm so excited to offer fall mini sessions this year. Whether you need new headshots, anniversary photos, maternity or family portraits just in time for holiday cards, these sessions are perfect for you.

DETAILS

The Mini-Sessions include:

• 20 minutes on location session for up to 4 persons (pets welcome);

• A minimum of 10 edited digital high resolution images via online gallery with printing rights. The gallery will be available for download within 10 days of the session.

• Specific location information will be emailed to you shortly before your session to allow for maximum fall foliage.

Dreaming of Summer: Water Play

Spring made an entrance in a big way with 80 degree weather on the weekend and hastily retreated to rain and cold. I am wishing for more sustained warm weather so can I go out and do more summer like activities, like water play with my daughter. 2 years ago I captured her trying to wash my car. This is the best in terms of cheap summer fun.
